Youth Exchange Program
Since its beginnings, our Club has welcomed students from countries such as the United States, Poland, Germany, Denmark, and France, among others. At the same time, it has offered local youth the opportunity to experience cultural exchanges in different parts of the world. Through our Club, the true spirit of the Rotary Youth Exchange Program is brought to life: openness to new ideas and experiences, adaptability, personal and cultural growth, and the chance to form lasting friendships and discover new ways of life. These are precisely the values that define Rotary.
Under the coordination of our Youth Exchange Officer (YEO), currently held by Mrs. Mirta Liliana González, our Club leads a program that inspires young people to become leaders committed to peace and social justice, both within their communities and globally, even long after their exchange experience has ended. This program is made possible thanks to the commitment, leadership, and passion of tens of thousands of volunteers — both Rotarians and non-Rotarians — who make this initiative a truly life-changing experience. |
